Policies
- No photographers, assistants or subjects may step in flower beds, on top of our lavender rows and the black weed fabric in our beds, hang from timbers or branches, or venture off our designated paths. Climbing or mounting equipment in trees or on buildings is not permitted.
- All photo subjects must be fully and appropriately clothed. Swimsuit photo shoots are not permitted.
- All cords or wires must be placed and guarded (NOT TAPED) in a way that does not alter the pathways and put visitors at risk. Permission must be received before plugging in ANY equipment to ANY of our electrical outlets.
- Photographers will be held accountable for their actions and those of clients, crew members and subjects if they damage Glen Innish Farm facilities and property.
Definition of Portrait Photography
Glen Innish Farm defines portrait photography as all wedding, engagement, quinceañera, family, maternity, portfolio, prom, graduation, and any other posted portraiture of individuals by professional photographers, as well as semi-pro, pro-am or amateur photographers, whether paid or unpaid. Glen Innish Farm reserves the right to further define Portrait Photography on a case-by-case basis.
Definition of Commercial Photography & Videography
Glen Innish Farm defines commercial photography as styled fashion shoots, advertisement and promotion by commercial photographers and videographers. All commercial photoshoot information must be submitted to Glen Innish Farm for approval. Glen Innish Farm reserves the right to further define Commercial Photography on a case-by-case basis. Artist seeking to make independent films must also contact us for approval in advance. For commercial and independent video requestion, please email us at info@gleninnish.com. Please note that drone photography is not permitted.
