Autumn has always been a season for gathering:
— gathering the harvest, gathering together and taking a moment to appreciate what the year has given us.
Join us at Glen Innish Farm on Saturday, September 19 for a celebration of Mabon and the Autumn Equinox.
Walk the Glen, explore the fields, create something with your hands, share in the harvest and simply enjoy the changing season.
Throughout the farm, you’ll find moments centered around gratitude, balance and abundance
— along with plenty of ways to simply enjoy a beautiful fall day.
Admission to the farm and Mabon celebration is free.
A celebration of harvest, balance and the changing season.
Mabon marks the Autumn Equinox — a moment when day and night stand nearly equal and the season begins its turn toward the quieter months ahead.
For us, it is a natural celebration for the farm. It is a time to recognize the harvest, give thanks for what the land has provided and reflect on the balance between gathering and letting go.
At Glen Innish, we celebrate Mabon simply: by spending time on the land, gathering together and sharing the abundance of the season.

Mabon is a celebration of the harvest — and part of celebrating abundance is sharing what we have.
During Gather at the Glen, we invite you to bring a nonperishable food item to help us fill the shelves at Lakeshore Community Pantry.
The pantry welcomes a variety of shelf-stable foods and household staples — just skip the green beans; they have plenty!
Glen Innish Farm will add to the harvest with a contribution of items most needed by the pantry.
And as a small thank-you for sharing the harvest, we’ll have a little something from the Glen for those who contribute.
Bring what you can. Together, let’s share the harvest.

Slow down. Wander. Notice.
Follow the self-guided Mabon Trail through the Glen, explore children's discovery stations and find moments of gratitude, balance and abundance woven throughout the farm.

Create something. Learn something. Take part.
Join a seasonal workshop, watch a fall botanical distillation, gather flowers from the fields and experience the harvest with your own hands.

Stay awhile.
Shop the farm store, enjoy seasonal food and drinks in The Snug, find a beautiful spot for a fall photo and take part in our Share the Harvest community food drive.
