During the celebration, we will also be sharing several exciting new opportunities for the season ahead, including:

Every year has a moment when things begin to shift.
A quiet turning—from reflecting, dreaming, and planning… into doing.
You can feel it in the land before anything else.
The birds return.
The grass begins to green.
Trees soften with the first signs of buds.
What was still and waiting starts to come alive again.
In Celtic tradition, this moment is known as Beltane—a festival marking the beginning of summer, a celebration of life in full motion. It was a time of fire and light, of gathering, of stepping forward into growth after the long pause of winter. A threshold between seasons… and a reminder that we, too, are meant to begin again.
Five years ago, on May 1st—Beltane, a day of new beginnings—we opened the very first Glen Innish Farm store. It was a small 20 x 40 shed, where we began by selling our beef and lamb, along with a handful of handmade products.
Simple. Honest. Just a beginning.
Five years later, we’ve grown into something more than we could have imagined—this space that we now get to share with you.
And in many ways, it still feels like Beltane.
A time of growth.
Of gathering.
Of stepping into what’s next.
Whether you’ve been with us from the start or are visiting for the very first time, we’re so glad you’re here.
Our hope is simple:
That you find a moment to slow down.
To walk the land.
To sip something warm or refreshing.
To gather with the people you came with—or meet someone new.
Beltane is not just something to celebrate—
it’s something to feel.
From our hands and heart to yours, we welcome you.
